Board may wish to offer on this Ordinance.

4. It is observed that Section 251

enquire from the Governor why such provision

has not been included. It is also

proposed to point out to him that unless

very good reasons to the contrary exist, it

is desirable that the priorities granted in

the case of the liquidation of a Company

granted

should coincide with those in any ordinary

bankruptcy.

5. Copies of this letter and of the

Ordinance and the Attorney General's report

are being sent to the Treasury and the

Foreign Office.
